Urban Rain Gardens watershed academy is based on MS4 water quality issues. Our rain garden workshop is a receipt based rebate program of $3,000 for residents interested in having a rain garden with a minimum 55 gallon rain barrel and monitoring well to track stormwater runoff, drainage and infiltration rates.
